PatchCulture.org

Every time you look at a webpage, you've downloaded its source code. And if there's a typo, or the text is too small, or the colors or fonts aren't quite right, it is now in your power to change it.

With your help, the Web can be the largest, most vibrant open-source community in the world. The soft collaboration of View Source and the wide proliferation of modern, standards-compliant browsers makes sharing source code and ideas easier and faster than ever before. PatchCulture.org has been founded to explore and promote the best tools and techniques for sharing big ideas and small changes with a modern Open Web development community.

Our aim is to bring web developers, editors, typographers, JavaScript hackers and ultimately anyone with something to contribute together, and make the Web a community where contributions are valued and the Web gets better for all of us. So don't just to fix it for yourself; help the Web, and fix it for everyone.

This is an early release, tentative but hopeful. Jump in; take a look at the How To page for some guidance and the Disclaimer to send with your changes. If you have some for us, we'd love to hear from you.
